These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Finer Fleet Shop website and the purchase of goods from us.

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Finer Fleet Shop is operated by Finer Fleet Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We provide automotive accessories, branded merchandise and related goods via our online store.

2. Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

An order is only accepted when:

  • payment is successfully processed; and

  • you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where:

  • stock is unavailable

  • pricing errors occur

  • fraud or misuse is suspected

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.


3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Where applicable, VAT is included unless otherwise stated.


4. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images. However:

  • colours may vary depending on device display

  • packaging may change

  • minor variations in manufacture may occur

These do not constitute a fault.


5. Payment

We accept payment via:

  • debit/credit card

  • online payment providers available at checkout

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. We do not store card details.


6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right you must notify us in writing by email.

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions:

  • goods must be unused

  • goods must be in original packaging

  • goods must be in resaleable condition

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduced refund or refusal.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • replace the item; or

  • provide a full refund (including postage)

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


8. Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • business loss

  • loss of profit

  • vehicle downtime or operational impact

Our total liability shall never exceed the value of the order.


9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product images and website content belong to Finer Fleet Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
