Delivery

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time:
2–3 working days after dispatch

Dispatch times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Royal Mail service disruptions

• incorrect delivery addresses

• missed deliveries

Tracking details will be provided via email.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible:

• item must be unused

• item must be unopened

• item must be in original packaging

• item must be suitable for resale

You must contact us before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

• packaging has been opened

• seals have been broken

• the item shows signs of use

• the product is not in its original packaging

This is to prevent resale of used or contaminated goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

You will receive either:

• a refund to original payment method; OR

• store credit (if requested)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
